A: The time period of the speech would be the 1900’s because it sounds staticky.

1 The intended audience is the people who people who own tvs as well as tv presidents .
2 I believe that the time period of this is when television was barely getting started i know this because they have to wait for the tv to broadcast
3 He talks about how all there are bad tv shows with unbelievable tv characters . HE also states that there are shows with violence murder and things like that as well of the demand for ratings .
4 I believe that the author’s main concern is that tv is all just a waste of time .
